Conservative Toolbox Qs

  • We offer three types of packages. All templates and websites are designed with everything you need to run a successful campaign. We set our prices as low as possible in the belief that helping you win will in turn help everyone - including Conservative Toolbox family - and will produce a much better and even keeled economy.

    • Template: Client purchases and edits the content as they see fit.

    • Template+ Help: You have the option of hiring Conservative Toolbox to edit your template with your supplied assets: pictures, text, platform stances, and any other information that defines you.

    • Full Design: We will work directly with you to create a highly customized website that shares your brand and messaging that will separate your website from others.

  • In truth, a complete website design is really at your speed.

    1. When you purchase a template, you are only limited by the speed of your uploads.

    2. When you Hire Us, the quicker you supply the assets, the quicker we can go to work building your website, the quicker you can go live.

    3. When you go for Full Design, it can be anywhere from 10 to 30+ days. If you are ready to go and have accumulated all content copy, assets, and imagery then you can plan on a quick turnaround. In truth, no guarantee can be given safely but we will work to get your site up as quickly as possible.

  • Either one works for us! We can either purchase a new custom domain for you, or we can link your current domain to your newly created website.

  • We use Squarespace because of its all-inclusive “low maintenance” user friendly design. There is built-in security for your site and domain as well as SEO tools that will keep you highly rated on search engines. Their all-in-one web platform means you don’t have to add much to make your site highly viewable, searchable, and customized.

    Squarespace is a powerful all-in-one website design platform with almost everything needed for a full, complete, and beautiful website build.

  • Squarespace has many of the tools needed to build and maintain a successful site and are constantly adding services. There are also several plugins available to beautify your site or add functionality.

  • There may be an initial drop in your SEO, but there are ways to minimize impact. Squarespace supports some automatic content imported from other platforms. And, moving platforms can have a positive benefit on your SEO. Once moved to Squarespace, using the native SEO best practices and tools may even improve your SEO.

    If you currently have Google Analytics tracking your current site, adding to your new Squarespace site will keep track of changes to your performance and other analytics.

Website Qs

  • Of course! You bought it - you own it! Once purchased, you will have full ownership of your new website. You can duplicate existing pages or create new ones. Our templates are very flexible, and the only limitation is your creativity. So… Get creative!

  • Clients retain full ownership of their website.

  • You or someone you delegate who is capable of or tasked with editing and updating. We can invite members of your team to the back end of the website and provide training. Conservative Toolbox will remain as a backup should you need assistance. We want you to succeed!

    NOTE: Large-scale changes may require separate invoicing which will be relayed before we commence.

  • Squarespace has many of the tools needed to build and maintain a successful site and are constantly adding services. There are also several plugin services available on other providers sites to beautify your site or add functionality.

  • No! We use Canva quite often for graphics and photo editing. They have a free subscription, but they are very affordable if you want to pick up your graphic design a bit.

  • We do not create content… Nobody knows your message better than you, your campaign manager, or your in-house supporters. To ensure your messaging falls in line with your campaign parameters, we strongly suggest you engage with someone to help create content.

    However, we will work to add whatever content you supply into your website and help make your messaging clear to your supporters.

  • If you accidentally delete pages or remove any custom coding on the site, we will help you bring it back. Start by sending an email with details of the issue.

Template Qs

  • You will receive an invite from Squarespace and an email from us with the invitation link… just in case. You will also receive a website checklist outlining your next steps and tutorial for getting stated.

  • Sure! Ping us with what you need. If an easy add, no charge. However, for the more ‘involved’ edits/adds there may be a fee. We will communicate any fees to you before we begin.

  • Sorry, due to the digital nature of this product, there are no returns. Once we transferred the site to you, there is no way to return it, so again, sorry. If you’re hesitant purchasing, reach out and ask any questions you have! Visit Template Terms and Conditions for more information.

Hire Us/Full Website Design Qs

  • We begin the process of building your new campaign website by connecting your domain, either redirecting a domain you own or purchasing a new custom domain.

    Then we need assets…

  • Costs for a fully designed website range from $4000 up to $6000, depending on what is requested and app/tool integrations. We will communicate all the associated costs to make sure there are no surprises. Because of your investment in our services and trust in us, we will make every effort to keep costs to a minimum.

  • Yes. Your investment and trust in Conservative Toolbox are proof enough of your sincerity in campaign winning. In turn, we what to be part of your win and can work directly with you to add additional resources necessary to propel your campaign.

  • Once your website goes live, we provide website support for 90 days. During this time, we will work with you to add and train your staff to confidently manage all necessary website updates. After, we will transfer full ownership to you.

    After the 90-day window, we continue to help with any questions you may have; however, any additional work or services requested beyond this point will be invoiced accordingly. Our goal is to empower your team while maintaining clear and fair service terms.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc.), PayPal, and other secure payment options like Apple Pay or Google Pay. We also offer customers ACH Direct Debit (transfer directly from your bank account).

    We can offer flexible payment options via invoice. However, services must be paid in full by agreed terms. In the event payments cannot be completed, your website may go dark. We will communicate with you any issues that arise.
